Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 September 2026
Welcome to Klonnor Mounther.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of klonnormounther.store, including any purchases made through our online store.
Throughout these Terms, "Klonnor Mounther", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Klonnor Mounther. "You" and "your" refer to any person who accesses our website or purchases goods from us.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
1. Online Store Terms
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement when making a purchase from our store.
If you are under 18 years of age, you should use the website and make purchases only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You must not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You must not transmit malicious code, viruses or other material designed to damage, interrupt or interfere with the operation or security of our website or related systems.
2. Products
We offer men's clothing, accessories and related products through our online store.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, materials, dimensions and other characteristics as accurately as possible.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors.
Product images are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the products offered.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product does not correspond with its description or otherwise fails to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve that product.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
-
offering an alternative product with your agreement;
-
providing a refund for the unavailable product; or
-
cancelling the affected part of the order and refunding the relevant amount.
We will not substitute an unavailable product without your agreement where the substitute is materially different from the product ordered.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin processing it for fulfilment, dispatch the goods or otherwise clearly communicate acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
a product is unavailable;
-
payment cannot be authorised;
-
information provided in the order is materially incorrect;
-
there is a genuine pricing or technical error;
-
we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity;
-
delivery to the supplied address is not reasonably possible; or
-
accepting or fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.
5. Order Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.
This includes:
-
your name;
-
delivery address;
-
billing information;
-
email address; and
-
any other information reasonably required to fulfil the order.
You are responsible for reviewing your order details before completing your purchase.
If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with changes, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
6. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed for Australian customers are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices will be displayed in accordance with applicable Australian pricing laws.
Where applicable, displayed prices will include GST and other taxes, duties or unavoidable charges that are required to be included in the displayed total price.
Delivery charges or other optional charges that depend on choices made during checkout will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.
The total payable amount will be displayed before you submit your order.
We do not intentionally engage in misleading or deceptive pricing practices.
7. Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure prices displayed on our website are accurate.
If we identify a genuine pricing, typographical or technical error before an order has been accepted, we may correct the error and give you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price.
Where required by Australian law, applicable pricing rules will take precedence over these Terms.
If an affected order cannot lawfully or reasonably proceed, any payment received for the cancelled order will be refunded.
8. Payments
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
We may perform reasonable fraud prevention, payment verification and security checks before processing or dispatching an order.
Any payment surcharge, where applicable and legally permitted, will be disclosed in accordance with applicable Australian law before payment is completed.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods will be shown on our website or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, transport interruptions or other unforeseen events.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure orders are delivered within the stated timeframe or, where no timeframe has been agreed, within a reasonable time.
Additional details are available in our Shipping Policy.
10. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
Where an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, we may contact you to arrange redelivery or another appropriate solution.
This does not affect any rights you may have where a delivery problem was caused by us or a service provider acting on our behalf.
11. Risk and Delivery
Risk in purchased goods passes in accordance with applicable Australian law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to improperly transfer responsibility for goods to you before the goods have been delivered where Australian law provides otherwise.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These guarantees include requirements relating to matters such as:
-
acceptable quality;
-
fitness for disclosed purposes;
-
correspondence with descriptions;
-
correspondence with samples or demonstration models where applicable;
-
title to goods; and
-
compliance with applicable express warranties.
Nothing in these Terms, our policies or any other communication from us excludes or limits these statutory consumer guarantees.
13. Faulty Products and Consumer Remedies
If goods fail to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and seriousness of the problem, remedies may include:
-
repair;
-
replacement;
-
refund;
-
cancellation; or
-
compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Where goods have a major failure and Australian Consumer Law gives you the right to choose between a refund and replacement, these Terms do not limit that choice.
Our voluntary returns policy does not replace or restrict your statutory rights.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional information.
14. Change-of-Mind Returns
Any voluntary change-of-mind return rights offered by Klonnor Mounther are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Conditions applying to voluntary change-of-mind returns do not apply where doing so would restrict rights arising under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, bundles or promotional codes.
Specific terms displayed with a promotion form part of the conditions applicable to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
promotional offers may have eligibility requirements;
-
promotions may apply only to selected products; and
-
promotional offers may end according to the terms disclosed with the promotion.
Any promotional conditions remain subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
16. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current.
Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to matters such as:
-
product descriptions;
-
availability;
-
pricing;
-
promotions; or
-
shipping information.
We may correct genuine errors and update website information.
Where an error affects an existing order, we will deal with the matter reasonably and in accordance with Australian law.
17. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of:
-
scheduled maintenance;
-
security updates;
-
technical problems;
-
hosting issues;
-
telecommunications failures; or
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or operational purposes.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property associated with Klonnor Mounther and our website belongs to us or is used by us under licence.
This may include:
-

-

-
website design;
-

-

-

-

-
other original material.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell or commercially exploit our protected content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
19. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website to:
-
engage in unlawful activity;
-
impersonate another person;
-
submit false or fraudulent information;
-
attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
-
interfere with website security;
-
distribute malware or harmful code;
-
scrape or extract website content on a large scale without permission where prohibited by law;
-
infringe intellectual property rights; or
-
interfere with another person's use of the website.
We may take reasonable action to protect our website, customers and systems where misuse is detected.
20. Reviews, Feedback and Other Submissions
If you voluntarily submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion or other content to us, you confirm that:
-
you have the right to provide it;
-
it does not knowingly infringe another person's rights;
-
it is not fraudulent or misleading; and
-
it does not contain unlawful or malicious material.
You retain ownership of content you own.
By submitting content specifically for publication or use in connection with Klonnor Mounther, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and display that content for the purposes for which it was submitted, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
21. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including:
-
payment providers;
-
shipping carriers;
-
analytics providers;
-
ecommerce technology providers; and
-
social media platforms.
Where you independently access a third-party website or service, its own terms and privacy practices may apply.
We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites that we do not operate or control.
Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that we have under applicable law for service providers acting on our behalf.
22. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites for convenience or additional information.
A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse everything contained on the external website.
You should review the terms and privacy practices of external websites before using them.
23. Personal Information and Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
Information may be collected and used where reasonably necessary to:
-
process orders;
-
provide customer support;
-
arrange delivery;
-
process payments;
-
prevent fraud;
-
operate and improve the website; and
-
comply with legal obligations.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.
24. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect our website and the information processed through it.
However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account password or login details associated with your account.
Please contact us if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorisation.
25. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside our reasonable control where we have taken reasonable steps to avoid or reduce the effect of those matters.
Any exclusion or limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
26. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses or costs directly resulting from your unlawful use of our website or your material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not apply to the extent that the loss or cost was caused or contributed to by Klonnor Mounther, and it does not limit any rights you have under Australian law.
27. Suspension or Termination of Website Access
We may suspend or restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary because of:
-
suspected fraud;
-
unlawful activity;
-
material misuse of the website;
-
cybersecurity threats; or
-
serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.
Any action we take will be proportionate to the circumstances where reasonably practicable.
Termination or suspension of website access does not remove rights or obligations that arose from an existing purchase.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
-
changes to our services;
-
changes to our business practices;
-
security requirements; or
-
changes in applicable law.
The updated Terms will be published on this website with a revised "Last updated" date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively.
Unless required by law, changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove rights that you already acquired under a completed purchase.
The terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when that order was placed.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
30. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not automatically mean that we have permanently waived our right to enforce it.
Similarly, nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our policies and any specific terms presented to you in connection with a purchase or promotion, form the agreement governing your use of our online store.
This provision does not exclude representations, guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
32. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and, where applicable, the laws of the Australian State or Territory having jurisdiction over the relevant transaction.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection legislation or from bringing a claim in a court or tribunal that has jurisdiction under Australian law.
33. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern relating to an order or our services, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.
Nothing in this section requires you to give up any statutory right to contact a consumer protection authority, tribunal, regulator or court.
